“From Socialist Romania to American Educator, to Prolific Multi-Genre Music Producer.” Ioan Elvis Sersea, M.A., M.A.T. aka Maestro Sersea has fused his love of music with his love of teaching by producing powerful music with meaningful lyrics focusing on love, liberty, core values, faith, and wisdom. Born and raised in Socialist Romania of the 1970s and 1980s, he was deeply disillusioned with collectivism and government corruption and became a music afficionado who was greatly inspired by the few years he spent at the prestigious George Enescu School of Music, and his father, a prolific musician. After emigrating with his family to the United States of America, he was inspired to become an American English public school and community college educator. Now semi-retired he relishes his hobbies including music, cars, podcasting, and teaching part-time via his private online language school. A firm believer in the motto “Amor Vincit Omnia” he produces transformative music for all to hear.
